This is a beautiful tea. I drink it both hot and cold, either way is enjoyable. I add a small amount of honey as I prefer a sweeter tea. After a short time, I'm finding it's helping with digestion and my gut health is improving. I can't wait to see or feel further benefits as I drink more!! 🦋🦋🦋

The tea is so refreshing , and tast is great ,and the colours are gorgeous love this tea.

A few flowers and a slice of lemon make a delightful hot drink and I get a second cup too from the same brew which is just as good as the first.

Delicious mild flavoured tea, great with honey or lemon. I'm feeling better physically and mentally and sleeping better after only a few days of drinking it.
