How to Brew Glow Up Complexion Tea:

Add 1 tsp of Glow Up tea to a cup of freshly boiled water, and allow to steep for 2-3 minutes. Remove the strainer then sit, sip & enjoy!

We recommend 2-3 cups of Glow Up Complexion Tea each day.

CREATE YOUR RITUAL

Your 10 minute ritual for a clear, youthful complexion:

Brew your Glow Up organic tea for 3-5 minutes (depending on the strength you like it)

In a large bowl, pour some of the extra boiling water in & add 2 tsp of glow up tea to make a facial steam.

With a cleansed face, take a towel, cover it over your head & lower to enclose the bowl. Take 3 deep breaths, keeping your head under the towel for 30 seconds.

Remove the towel for 30 seconds, then repeat a further 2 times.

Massage some facial oil or soothing moisturiser into your face, neck & decolletage, whilst you sip on your relaxing cup of tea.
