Hey there, gorgeous. Welcome to Glow Tea :)
I'm Kimberley - Glow Tea Founder, Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Enthusiast, and Mama to three spirited (and absolutely gorgeous) little ones. I'm a complete nerd for all things natural, holistic nourishment.
So, how did Glow Tea come about?
Almost 10 years ago now, I was a tired new mama dealing with postnatal anxiety & depression. I was desperate for a moment of respite.
That moment of solace came in the form of a soothing cup of tea every afternoon. As the kettle whistled, my husband would take our baby so I could drink my tea (while it was still hot this time!) in peace, and I felt the weight lift off my shoulders – a physical and emotional break that I looked forward to every day.
I started playing with various herbs and recipes to meet my tastes and needs.
That's when the spark ignited. I knew I had to share this calming experience with other women, who deserve nothing less than the best for their minds, bodies, and souls. And so, the idea of Glow Tea was born.
