Benefits of Femme Perimenopause Hormone Balance Tea:
Lady’s Mantle Leaf: Used traditionally for women’s hormonal balance. Highly recommended for amenorrhoea (no menstruation), dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation), perimenopause & menopause.
Chastetree: for oestrogen & progesterone balance, it stimulates progesterone production. Used traditionally to reduce menstrual pain, PMS & ease perimenopause symptoms.
Rosehip Granules: Rich in iron, rosehip may help restore iron stores & reduce post cycle headaches / migraines.
Fennel seed: Contains phytoestrogens to support hormonal balance in women.
Nettle: Used traditionally to balance hormones by reducing testosterone, it may also reduce painful cramping, and reduce the length & heaviness of your bleed.
Hibiscus: Bursting with antioxidants, hibiscus has been shown to have analagesic (pain-relief) properties, also relaxing the muscles that cause painful menstrual cramps.
How to Brew:
This gorgeous tea will be best when you infuse 1 tsp in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
With this one, we recommend not brewing for longer than 5 minutes - this makes the chasteberry (aka. the star ingredient) a little bitter. So at the 5 minute mark, remove your strainer, then sit, sip & enjoy :)
