Tuna & Rocket Pasta
300g dry pasta, or 3 zucchini spiralised 425g can tuna in olive oil 1 red onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp capers 1tsp IMMUNE ELIXIR brewed in 150ml water (for 10 minutes). 200g rocket 200g shaved parmesan 1 red chili diced (optional) Salt & pepper to season
Cook pasta as per packet instructions, or cook zucchini for 4 minutes in boiling water. Drain & set aside.
Heat 3 Tbsp olive oil in a large frypan on low heat.
