Tuna Pasta - featuring Immune Elixir Tea {RECIPE}

You can give this Tuna and Rocket Pasta recipe an extra boost of flavour by adding in our Immune Elixir Tea, making it the perfect Wintery dish for keeping those nasty bugs at bay.
Before you start, you'll need to stock up on your Immune Elixir Tea for this, our latest tasty addition to this week’s menu!


Tuna & Rocket Pasta

(Serves 4)

300g dry pasta, or 3 zucchini spiralised
425g can tuna in olive oil
1 red onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp capers
1tsp IMMUNE ELIXIR brewed in 150ml water (for 10 minutes).
200g rocket
200g shaved parmesan
1 red chili diced (optional)
Salt & pepper to season

  • Cook pasta as per packet instructions, or cook zucchini for 4 minutes in boiling water. Drain & set aside.
  • Heat 3 Tbsp olive oil in a large frypan on low heat.
  • Add onion, and cook until soft.
  • Add tuna, garlic & brewed IMMUNE ELIXIR, cooking for 3 minutes.
  • Add capers, stir through & remove from heat.
  • Add cooked spaghetti or zucchini to pan, add rocket & stir through.
  • Dish out & top with parmesan & chili, if desired.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
