Lady’s Mantle Leaf:Used traditionally for women's hormonal balance. Highly recommended for amenorrhoea (no menstruation), dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation) & menopause

Can this only be enjoyed during my period?

Not at all!

We love to enjoy this delicious women's tea any time during the month, but we tend to increase to 3 cups per day in the 2-3 days ahead of our period, and continue with 3 cups per day for the first 3 or so days of our period.

This provides us maximum benefit when it's really needed.

Is this tea suitable for my teen?

Absolutely! This tea is a gentle support for all menstruating women - from menarche to menopause!

CREATE YOUR RITUAL

A 10 minute ritual for supported periods:

Infuse 1 heaped teaspoon of tea in a cup of freshly boiled water for 10 minutes.

As your tea infuses, take a wheat pack & warm it in the over or microwave.

Apply our Woman essential oil in a circular motion around across your abdomen, as well as on your wrists & neck.

Make yourself super comfy on the lounge with your oils, heat pack on your back, and brewed tea in hand. Perhaps with a square or two of Lindt dark chocolate, too ;)
