Can this only be enjoyed during my period?
Not at all!
We love to enjoy this delicious women's tea any time during the month, but we tend to increase to 3 cups per day in the 2-3 days ahead of our period, and continue with 3 cups per day for the first 3 or so days of our period.
This provides us maximum benefit when it's really needed.
Is this tea suitable for my teen?
Absolutely! This tea is a gentle support for all menstruating women - from menarche to menopause!
